Registration and Ordering Terms and Conditions:

Rescheduling

Participants are allowed one (1) complementary option to reschedule to another course session per registration.  Participants must request to reschedule prior to the course start time for the class that appears on the original registration receipt.  Reschedule requests submitted after the course start time are subject to a $25 reschedule fee.  The cost of the rescheduled course must be of equal or less cost of the initially scheduled program or the cost difference must be paid by the participant.

Registrations for EMT Psychomotor examinations (practical testing) may not be rescheduled.

Any participant requesting to reschedule should email Customer Support with the date, time, and location of the course they would like to be rescheduled to:  info@campuscpr.com

Refund Policy

Any participant requesting a refund of course fees must submit their request to Customer Support via email to info@campuscpr.com

Except as indicated in the conditions below, refund requests received at least 24 hours prior to the course start time for the class that appears on the original registration receipt will be honored less a 10% processing fee plus the cost of materials that were already shipped or picked up. The cost of materials will be refunded if they are returned unopened in new condition within 30 days of the refund request.  The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Exceptions to refund policy:

1.  Cancellation requests received less than 24 hours prior to the course start time or after the scheduled start time for the class that appears on the original registration receipt .

2.  Online course access codes and eBooks are non-refundable.  Online course access codes and eBooks not activated within 30 days of receipt may need to be re-issued by sending a request to the Director at rich@campuscpr.com

3.  Deposits for EMS courses are non-refundable but may be transferred to another Code One EMS Course which starts within 6 months of the course date that appears on the original registration receipt.

4.  Examination fees for EMT Psychomotor examinations (practical testing) are non-refundable.

Enrollment in a Wrong Course

Participants who have enrolled in the wrong course will be offered one (1) opportunity to reschedule into the course they need.  Selection of the second scheduled program must occur within 30 days of the class that appears on the original registration receipt. The cost of the second scheduled program must be of equal or less cost of the initially scheduled program or the cost difference must be paid by the participant plus the cost of materials that were already shipped or picked up. The cost of materials will be refunded if they are returned unopened in new condition within 30 days of the refund request.  The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Cancellation of a Course

Code 1 Training Solutions, LLC reserves the right to cancel or alter any scheduled program.  Courses may be cancelled or rescheduled for any reason including low enrollment, inclement weather, disaster, and acts of God, instructor unavailability, and site availability. If a course is canceled or rescheduled, Customer Support will notify enrolled participants of the class by email or phone.  Cancellations due to inclement weather will also be posted to https://campuscpr.com

Registered participants of a cancelled or rescheduled course may reschedule at no cost to another course session or choose to cancel their registration for a full refund less the cost of materials that were already shipped or picked up. The cost of materials will be refunded if they are returned unopened in new condition within 30 days of the refund request.  The customer is responsible for return shipping.
